The main goal of the Organization are: the protection of all the available means of economic, social and civil rights, social, cultural, religious, age and other interests of war veterans and military service - members of the Union, taking care to improve their material welfare, pension provision, their living conditions, household, medical, sanatorium services, compliance with preferential terms as transport and communications, meet other vital needs.
